Exchange and return
If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@UrbanUniq.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs (the cost of return are for the customer). We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Request a return
- Contact us by email with the reason why you want to return the item, then you will receive the address where the return should go to
- Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@UrbanUniq.com by email.
- Once approved, please ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
- Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.
- Send a follow up email with your tracking information to info@UrbanUniq.com
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
- Please ensure all return packages are shipped with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, e-mail address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address at
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
If we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
back to your bank account within five working days.
